Puzzle Dinner Tray
by Wendy Boudewijns for RoyalVKB

Aimed at teaching young children the correct place settings for cutlery, it manages to be both practical and fun whilst also serving as an inspirational educational tool. Fusing simple, effective design with bright colours, it is manufactured from non-toxic, child-proof melamine and comes with rubber feet. Measures: 12,5 x 10 x 1 in.

Iced Carafe

by Officeoriginair for RoyalVKB

A cool idea for hot days: Fill up to the level indication with water and put it into the freezer, until ice is formed at the inner surface of the carafe. Fill up with juice, lemonade or other refreshing thirst quenchers and enjoy it ice-cooled. Material: polypropylene, silicone plug, measures: Ø 3,5 in x height 10 in x volume 1 l

Bootbag

by Saskia Marcotti for vlaemsch

Boots or bag? - You decide. This design deals with the semantics of the words "carrying" and "wearing" which, in German, are employed synonymously. The handles can be used to carry the boots around or as leverage while putting the boots on in inclement weather. A simple, yet immensely useful improvement. Measures: 3,5 x 9,5 x 10 in.

Sugarspoon

by Proef

"We don’t like to mess with products, but the way the food is served is new and different", the Dutch Food Designer Marije Vogelzang from Proef explains. And different is the sugarspoon by Proef, too, because the spoon itself is made from sugar. It melts very slowly. So you can decide for yourself how sweet you want your tea or coffee to be.

Baby Foot Print

by Marlies von Soden

The high-quality smooth cardboard box with golden or silver inscription consists of two tiltable halves, which are filled with a sensitive foam material also used by orthopedists in order to manufacture foot castings. The material is completely harmless for the baby skin. With light pressure of the small child foot a female mould is produced, which sure can be kept in this elegant box and activate lachrymose emotions, even if the foot is increased on shoe size 10. A name card is attached. The box has the measures of 2 x 3,3 x 4,7 in.
