The museum app

As of now, our new museum app is available in the App Store and Google.Play Store for download. It allows you to explore the museum even better from now on.

Starting July 4, 2021, we - together with almost all of Berlin's museums - invite you to visit museums free of charge on the first Sunday of every month and offer a rich and varied program.

About the Institution

The Werkbundarchiv – Museum der Dinge (Werkbund Archive – Museum of Things) chronicles the product culture of the 20th and 21st centuries, a culture marked by mass production and industrial manufacturing. At the core of our institution is the archive of the Deutsche Werkbund (DWB).

Association Werkbundarchiv e.V.

Werkbundarchiv – Museum der Dinge is under the custody of the non profit association Werkbundarchiv e.V. and financed by support of the State of Berlin as well as membership fees and benefits of third parties. The association is open for contributions of anybody interested to support the museum in its work.

The museum is located on the 3rd floor oft he building. You reach it via the first staircase.
